Over recent months, Bridge of Allan Sports Club has undergone a number of modifications to enhance their facilities offering existing and new members a modern and well equipped environment in which to enjoy their sport and relaxation.
Tennis, Padel Tennis and Squash continue to be the core activities, however, the newly refurbished gymnasium, with new treadmills, cross trainers, upright cycles and spin bikes, is not only proving to be a benefit to members, but is also an added asset when attracting new members.
The modernisation of the furniture and flooring in the Lounge area has been well received by Members and guests, further adding to their comfort and enjoyment of the Club’s fully licenced bar and ‘Barista’ style coffees.
Changing the snooker room, into a multi-use fitness and function area has created space for two table tennis tables, enabled the Club to offer new Fitness and Pilates classes and presents an ideal space for hosting Corporate Meetings, Presentations and Events.
The Club is keen to develop this potential and will be marketing extensively to the local community and businesses in the near future. Any initial interest or enquiries should be channelled through the Club Manager, Steve Ingram, at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 01786 834397.
More information can be found on the Club’s web site www.boasc.co.uk, however, the Club is staffed from 10.00am to 10.00pm on a daily basis should you wish to visit to view the facilities in person.
The New Padel Court is proving very popular with Members, Guests and the Local Community.
Players of all standards, from new players to experienced racket sports players and especially families can enjoy the sport.
Judy Murray visits the Club to give juniors from all over Scotland a impromtu coaching session.
