Our members‑only gym offers a calm, unhurried space to focus on your fitness—often far quieter than commercial or community gyms. It features high‑quality strength and conditioning machines, a dedicated free‑weights area, a pull‑up station, and a full range of cardio equipment including bikes, cross trainers, treadmills and rowers.

Jonny Chalk of Elevate Fitness brings unmatched energy and enthusiasm to Bridge of Allan Sports Club. As our personal trainer and fitness instructor, he delivers motivating one‑to‑one PT sessions and dynamic fitness classes. Jonny creates a fun, supportive training environment that helps members build strength, improve fitness and achieve real results.
